PRICES

Perimeter tables around the edge of the dealers hall with ability to use the hotel walls for display: £160 (Inc VAT)

Central tables with no backing: £125 (Inc VAT)

Backing Tables (Same size as regular tables but MUST sit behind and not to the side of it. This effectively doubles your display depth):£12 (Inc VAT)

Each table is approximately 6ft x 2ft in an exhibition space of 2m x 2m and are provided with table cloth.

Each exhibitor is allowed 2 admissions to the event for the first 2 tables then one additional admission per table above this.

Each exhibitor will receive a selection of autographs from the guests attending this show. This will give you great value for your tables and provide you with autographs for your collection or extra stock for you to sell on afterwards to make the show more successful for you.

The more tables you buy the more autographs you receive for free!

1 Perimeter table = £50 of autographs / 1 Central Table = £30 of autographs

2 Perimeter tables = £120 of autographs / 2 Central tables = £70 of autographs

3 Perimeter tables = £180 of autographs / 3 Central tables = £110 of autographs

The value of autographs will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for bookings of 4 tables or more.

Choice of the autographs is at the discretion of the organisers and the packs will be distributed at the end of the show on Sunday.

In addition you will be able to join the back of any queue without the need for a virtual queue ticket.

Prices are inclusive of the entire show and are not per day.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

All tables must be paid for in advance of the show. No booking is 100% confirmed until FULL payment has been made.

SETUP

All set up can and must be done from 8pm on the Friday of the show. There will be NO set up on Saturday morning under ANY circumstances.

BREAKDOWN

This begins as soon as the show closes on the Sunday evening. Please be aware that there is only a limited time available for breakdown (exact times will be detailed in your information pack)

OTHER INFO

We do not provide a floor plan but any location requests will be taken into account and we will try our best to accommodate them.

You will be sent an information pack via email in the week before the show. It will contain all the details you need to know that are not available until that time. (Please make sure you provide a valid email at the time of booking to ensure the details reach you correctly.)
